Photographs accompanying description are for illustration purposes only and may represent 'typical' contents of mixes or archive images of specified items. The-Stamp-Cellar.co.uk obtains proof of posting for all mailed items and in events of loss of uninsured / non-registered items in the post no liability is assumed by www.the-stamp-cellar.co.uk, Goodyear NMRP, Digital Freedom Ltd or any individual stamp supplier. Certain items and/or payment methods may require mandatory insurance at the sole discretion of Digital Freedom Ltd. Payment of invoice indicates acceptance of stated delivery option. International buyers are responsible for any potential import duties and/or penalties liable to be imposed on an item. Although www.the-stamp-cellar.co.uk endeavours to ensure that packs contain only stamps as per description no guarantee is made to this effect and the occasional inconsistent stamp within a processed mixture cannot always be avoided (please do not feel obliged to return any penny blacks you may find!) Stamps sold by weight 'on-paper' include weight of attached paper of various trimmed size. In cases where an incorrect item is shipped to a customer www.the-stamp-cellar.co.uk shall cover all postage costs incurred in returning incorrect items.
