WARRANTY: On many items we provide a 14 day Return x Mail Warranty for remedy or refund at our discretion where goods are not handed over in person. Goods shall be a) fit for indicated purpose, b) accurately described and c) of sufficient quality that under appropriate use shall continue to operate for at least the warranty period. New items may carry longer warranty provided by ourselves or the manufacturer. Please check listing for details. 14 Day Return X Mail Warranty Policy does not extend to tech support for any new OEM or retail boxed PC Operating Systems, Applications etc nor software installations present on any second user machines supplied through FreeNet77. 'Untested' Items are supplied without warranty implied by supplier or ourselves. Policy also excludes all used boats and other vehicles that are auctioned for ourselves or third parties and transfer of ownership is effected with both parties present. These item(s) shall be made available for viewing prior to auction. We aim to describe auctioned items accurately but are not Marine Surveyors. Problems arising after handover shall be excluded from this policy. Boats and Engines etc shall be per description at time of transfer. Printed items shall be per description at time of delivery. All accidental damage by purchaser is excepted from cover under this policy. Items returned and found not to be faulty will not be sent back out to customer until return delivery costs have been received. Please do not return items without first contacting us to inform us of your problem and if necessary get a Return Mandate Number. Under no circumstances shall our liabaility to a purchaser exceed the hammer price of any auction lot. This warranty and our terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
