Unless you are wishing to dispose of a particularly high value domain name our brokerage services are not normally suited to portfolios of less than 50 domain names. Once you have asked box77.net to list domain name(s) for sale via the Name Brokerage service :We review names for acceptance. Names that are overly convoluted, utilising obscure extenstions, blatantly cybersquatting or having a known record of otherwise disreputable behaviour will not be listed, nor will those that invade privacy or by their very nature are libellous. We reserve the right to decline listing to any name(s) without further reason.We then verify current ownership of the domain name before listing proceeds in our web and email updates. In normal circumstances the name, if unsold, remains listed by default until 30 days prior to registration expires. It may be relisted upon notification that registration has been extended. Commission Rates vary and will be advised prior to listing. Rates depend on factors including number of names listed for sale as complete lot, domain extension, current name registrar / management and seller's level of trade at box77.net. We try to keep our charges low, our level of turnover brisk and our prices realistic. Base rate for a .com / .net name currently managed by ourselves would be 10% + 15 GBP per name sold. There are no upfront charges for accepted listings of names already managed by box77.net

What will visitors see when my name is for sale? If you are selling a live site it should continue as normal. If you are selling a 'name only' you are offered the option of a customised Sedo or EUclix Sale page

How will my name be marketed and sold? Options include ebaY auction, featured Desirable.ws listing, broker promoted sale, search marketing, Domain Name Aftermarket and subscribed portfolio owner alerts, to name just a few. An action plan will be agreed for each accepted instruction

Domain Name Buyers Once you have contacted us via EUclix.com or box77.net to purchase a listed domain name we will get in touch with the current owner. Once it has been confirmed that the domain name is still available a purchaser should send payment to Digital Freedom Ltd via the agreed method. Upon receipt of payment we shall initiate the handover process by requesting and managing domain name transfer into one of our own name management accounts. All new registrant details will be completed as per instructions. Upon confirmation that payment has cleared we will change over WHOIS ownership and admin details to those of the purchaser and push it via the appropriate registrar into an exisitng or new account. The process is normally swift and trouble free with full instructions supplied by email from the approporiate registrar. We are here to assist throughout. Transfers of some newly registered names or recently transferred names must wait 60 days before a registrar change (transfer) can be initiated. Ownership transfer as standard may only be made by way of push. If you wish to change registrar you must do this after completion of sale.
